* Law No. 6 of 2006 concerning Industrial Models and Designs was published in Official Gazette No. 2737 on May 3, 2006. The new Law came into force on May 4, 2006. The Implementing Regulations is yet to be issued.

Design registration may be obtained in Bahrain on the basis of a foreign registration or application. |
| Duration: |
5 years from the date of application and can be renewed for like periods twice provided the basic registration is validly subsisting. |
