Bryan Cave LLP is located in K & P premises and provides a good support to our firm through its resident US distinguished attorneys. Currently, K & P has association with Fulbright and Jaworski, another US based law that has significant legal practice here in the Middle East.

As unfair competition, particularly counterfeiting, passing off, and other deceptive practices have become so pervasive in the Saudi Kingdom in the last decade, our office has developed an investigation and market watch service and composed a capable team of attorneys for preparing and following up complaints and lawsuits against counterfeiters with the Ministry of Commerce and the Board of Grievances (the Saudi Circuit Court) and had successfully managed to cause the seizure, confiscation, and destruction of huge quantities of counterfeit products in Saudi Arabia.

To ensure the quality of our output and make K & P a one stop shop, A Translation Department is set up for this twofold purpose.
