Designs:
A new Design Law has been promulgated under Law No. 9 of 2002 and published in the Official Gazette No. 8/2002. However, the Implementing Regulations has not yet been issued. Until then, protection of designs may be possible by publishing Cautionary Notice in local newspapers.
